Crane’s Mill Celebrated Mardi Gras with Food and Fun For All!

Crane’s Mill Retirement Community treated guests to food, games, prizes, and more on Fat Tuesday!

What a fun event! Guests and staff came together for an outstanding afternoon filled with food and fun for all.

Executive Chef Peter Day offered up crawfish dip, crab cakes, muffuletta sandwiches, cajun shrimp skewers, and more. To wash it down? A virgin “Hurricane” beverage that was a fruity treat.

Not to be outdone, our residents enjoyed an elegant Mardi Gras celebration later in the afternoon in the Cherry Blossom Lounge, which served as an aperitif prior to an indulgent dinner in the Candleberry Dining Room.

Don’t miss our next fun event. Visit the Crane’s Mill events page on our website, and check back often as we’re always adding new and exciting programs to the calendar.

As featured on The Today Show and CNN, you won’t want to miss this fun musical program! “Relieve stress, build aerobic stamina, and shed unwanted pounds, while imagining yourself leading a symphony orchestra.”

In previous years, guests and Crane’s Mill residents alike have found the program to be wildly entertaining, and news of its return has once again stirred up excitement and anticipation for Maestro David Dworkin’s educational journey of musical exercise.
